BRUSSELS (Reuters) - U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis met his Turkish counterpart on the sidelines of a NATO meeting and called on Ankara to remain focused on fighting Islamic State militants in Syria, a Pentagon statement on Thursday said.
