A Shelby Township woman received a citation in Rochester after reportedly being found drunk and asleep on a couch at the Rochester Fire Department.

According to Rochester police, the incident occurred at about 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 10.

A Rochester officer was dispatched to the Rochester Fire Department at 277 E.
