Farmington/Farmington Hills Neighborhood House is accepting nominations for the Fifth Annual Dick Tupper Community Service Award, which will be presented to an individual who demonstrates the spirit of caring, giving and achieving.

The award was named after Dick Tupper, who founded the Neighborhood House more than 25 years ago.
