The Oakland County Board of Commissioners has approved a brownfield redevelopment plan for a 26-acre property in Novi.
Pulte Homes will take ownership of the property, located at 26700 Wixom Road, next year and redevelop into a subdivision by 2022. The Villas at Stonebrook will feature 88 ranch-style homes for those 55 years of age or older.
