The former Sam's Club at 495 Summit Drive in Waterford Township, will have a new tenant- Tommy's boat shop, according to an announcement from Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions. Alan Stern of Friedman represented the landlord, Oakland Summit Investments, LLC and the tenant, Tommy's Detroit with the lease of the 110,000-square-foot, retail space.
