It will be a quiet weekend - sort of - at the Redford Theatre, 17360 Lahser Road, Detroit. The venue hosts the International Youth Silent Film Festival at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 21. At 8 p.m. Friday, April 20, the Redford hosts a Rare Thanhouser Company silent shorts retrospective, with organ music accompaniment.
