Hunter Pasteur Homes, a developer and luxury home builder, is purchasing the Northville Downs horse-racing track and adjacent parcels, approximately 48 acres of land, for a mixed-use development. Randy Wertheimer, president and CEO of Hunter Pasteur Homes, made the announcement in a press release.
