According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were 164,000 jobs created in April, bringing the unemployment rate to 3.9 percent, down from 4.1 percent the previous month.

I've always questioned the validity of these monthly reports, but it certainly appears that anybody who really wants to work should be able to find something in this economy.
