Anthrax ranks as one of the Big Four of heavy metal's thrash division, along with Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth. So it's appropriate the New York-formed, California-based quintet is riding alongside as one of its mates calls it a day.

Anthrax is part of the package accompanying Slayer on what the group says is its farewell tour, which seems poised to roll into 2019.
