City commissioners in Royal Oak are set to talk about a ballot proposal that would ask voters to approve a millage to pay for annual sidewalk repairs instead of requiring individual homeowners to cover the cost.
The issue is on the commission's agenda for 7:30 p.m. meeting Monday at city hall.
