According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Safety Inspection Service, 28,346 pounds of poultry, pork and beef products from Winter Sausage Manufacturing Co. have been recalled.

The recall is due to a "misbranding" issue. The poultry products were slaughtered under religious exemption, which is not declared on the product label.
