A 27-year-old Oakland County man is facing with two felonies after he was charged with secretly photographing two women as they changed clothes inside a dressing room at a Sterling Heights store, according to police.

Brandon Devon Woods of Southfield was recently arraigned in 41A District Court on two counts of capturing an image of an unclothed person, Sterling Heights police said in a news release.
