Most people by now would have heard of the "latest, greatest" initiative which combines all of our medical records onto one electronic file which can be accessed by any medical professional in Australia.
Currently everyones file is on this record by default (did you know that ?). If one doesn't want to have all of their medical history on a single file available to any medical professional they have to actively opt out.
Within 3 months..
