Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., requested on Tuesday that the Justice Department look into whether former Secretary of State John Kerry has violated federal laws by meeting with the Iranian foreign minister, who was his main point of contact during the Iran nuclear deal negotiations under the Obama administration.
