Data Technical News #2018-025 The Nasdaq Stock Market

On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, Valley National Bancorp (NYSE: VLY) stock will be listed and begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the continued ticker symbol "VLY". In addition, their Preferred A (NYSE: VLY A), Preferred B (NYSE: VLY B) and the Warrants (NYSE: VLY/WS) will also be listed and begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the new ticker symbols, VLYPP, VLYPO and VLYWW respectively.

The company will continue to be traded on NYSE through Tuesday, October 9, 2018.

Nasdaq requests that market data redistributors retain historical data for VLY.
