Gadgets are not just for foodies. Thanks to real-estate technology new home buyers have something they can use to help them find their dream home.

"This technology has become a huge 'wow' factor for my clients," said Doug Seley, an associate with RE/MAX Suburban of Sterling Heights and among the first in his industry to utilize Savvy Homes Portal, which is a tool that enables him to create a virtual-reality tour of any home on the market.
