Shield's Restaurant and Pizzeria of Troy announced it will close for renovation, May 13. The pizzeria, located at the 1476 W. Maple Road, will close at the end of business hours on Mother's Day, May 13, for a complete interior/exterior remodel. The project is expected to cost $1 million, with anticipated completion in eight to ten weeks.
